Often ministry is viewed as the responsibility of the pastor, elders, and church officers. But the Bible is clear that each Christian has a unique, God-given role to play. In a healthy church, each member is actively involved in some form of service.
In the Bible, ministry and service encompass a wide variety of activities. Comforting the grieving, feeding the hungry, praying for the sick, teaching the Bible, and practicing hospitality are just a few examples.
The ministries of our church are the lifeblood of this church. You will want to become involved where your spiritual needs can be fulfilled and where you can share what God has done in your life. Whether it is joining in community service or becoming part of the youth group, we want for you to find a place to serve and a place to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
