Often min­istry is viewed as the respon­si­bil­ity of the pas­tor, elders, and church offi­cers. But the Bible is clear that each Chris­t­ian has a unique, God-given role to play. In a healthy church, each mem­ber is actively involved in some form of service.

In the Bible, min­istry and ser­vice encom­pass a wide vari­ety of activ­i­ties. Com­fort­ing the griev­ing, feed­ing the hun­gry, pray­ing for the sick, teach­ing the Bible, and prac­tic­ing hos­pi­tal­ity are just a few examples.

The min­istries of our church are the lifeblood of this church. You will want to become involved where your spir­i­tual needs can be ful­filled and where you can share what God has done in your life. Whether it is join­ing in com­mu­nity ser­vice or becom­ing part of the youth group, we want for you to find a place to serve and a place to grow as a dis­ci­ple of Jesus Christ.
